Videos by people with dementiaNick’s Misericords Misericords are little ledges, or “mercy-seats” found beneath
the seating built for the clergy of medieval cathedrals and churches.
Many are decorated with strange and fantastical carvings, but they are
usually hidden from view, and as most are carved in oak, they can be hard
to see. Return to all our films Contact us for more informationEmail: steve@innovationsindementia.org.uk.
